1st Birthday Plans: What's Pink yellow and quacks?

Scarlett's birthday is coming up, and I have finally figured out what party decorations I want to do!



It's super cute! It's a service of 16 for about 40.00, I plan on supplementing the rest of the needed flatware with solid colors.

We're also doing cupcakes topped with Rubber Ducks (party Favors) Ducks look like this:

Probably going to do yellow/white cake with white frosting to complement the color theme, with a mini cake for Scarlett to demolish.

Cause all little ones need something special! I also plan on turning our pool into a duck pond with these or something like them:


Last but not least are these cute duck garlands I found on ebay:


Yup I'm looking at spending about 100.00 I didn't think that was too bad. Any suggestions or ideas? Plan on purchasing stuff in September.
